The pot comes standard in a beautiful, natural clay finish. For a personalized and permanent touch, select from 8 optional gloss glaze colors. This color is achieved by firing a glass coating onto the clay, ensuring a finish that is extremely durable and will not fade or peel.

Essential Installation Considerations

This large, heavy pot must be set in a bed of mortar on your masonry chimney cap. Crucially, the base of the pot must not restrict the internal dimensions of the flue liner. We highly recommend carefully measuring your actual flue liner before ordering, as nominal sizes can vary widely.

For superior security, particularly in high-wind zones, experts recommend additional anchoring using non-corrosive metal bars secured into the chimney walls, supplementing the standard 2-inch mortar base.
